# Terms of Service Last updated: October 31, 2026 These terms are an agreement between you and Clawdrobe ("we", "us") for the Clawdrobe app for macOS, the website clawdrobe.com and Clawdrobe Pro. By downloading or using Clawdrobe you agree to them. ## What Clawdrobe is Clawdrobe is a Mac app that runs several Claude Desktop accounts side by side. It works with the Claude Desktop app made by Anthropic, which you install and use under Anthropic's own terms. **Clawdrobe is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic.** "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic and is used here only to describe what Clawdrobe works with. You are responsible for how you use your Claude accounts, including following Anthropic's terms and usage policies for each of them. ## Free and Pro - **Clawdrobe Free** has every feature for up to two accounts, with no time limit. - **Clawdrobe Pro** is a one-time purchase that removes the account limit. It comes as a license key that can be active on up to three Macs at a time. You can move it by deactivating it on one Mac (Settings → License) and activating it on another. A license is for you personally or for one person in your organization. Don't share, resell or publish a license key, and don't try to bypass the license check. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or used against these terms. ## Payment Purchases are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Polar Software, Inc., who processes the payment, collects any sales tax or VAT and issues your receipt. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. ## Refunds **All sales are final, and purchases are not refunded.** Clawdrobe Free has every feature for two accounts, so please try it before you buy Pro. If Pro doesn't work for you, write to team@clawdrobe.com and we'll do our best to fix the problem. This doesn't limit any right to a refund you have under the law of where you live. ## Updates Clawdrobe checks for updates and installs them when you quit the app; you can turn this off in Settings. Pro includes updates to Clawdrobe; we may add, change or remove features over time. ## Your data How we handle data is described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy/). ## No warranty Clawdrobe is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It depends on Claude Desktop, which Anthropic may change at any time; we will try to keep Clawdrobe working but can't guarantee it. ## Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Clawdrobe is limited to the amount you paid us for Clawdrobe Pro, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost work. ## Changes We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll say so on this page and in the app's release notes. Using Clawdrobe after a change means you accept the new terms. ## Contact team@clawdrobe.com --- # Privacy Policy Last updated: October 31, 2026 Clawdrobe is built so that your Claude accounts stay yours. This policy explains the little data we do collect, why, and who helps us process it. ## What Clawdrobe never collects - Your Claude passwords, sign-in tokens, conversations, files or prompts. Each account signs in inside its own Claude window; Clawdrobe doesn't read them and never talks to Claude's servers. - The names or emails of your Claude accounts. Usage numbers you see in Clawdrobe (5-hour and weekly limits) are read on your Mac from files Claude Desktop already writes, and they stay on your Mac. ## What we collect **Product analytics and error reports.** The app and this website send anonymous usage events and error reports so we can see what is used and fix what breaks: for example, that the app started, that a paywall was shown, that an update failed, or that the app crashed, together with the app version, macOS version and an anonymous install ID. Analytics are on for everyone and there is no consent banner; we don't use them to identify you, and we don't sell them or use them for advertising. **License.** When you activate Clawdrobe Pro, your license key and your Mac's name are sent to our licensing provider to check the key and count how many Macs use it. **Purchases.** When you buy Pro, our merchant of record collects your email, payment details and billing country to take the payment, collect tax and send your receipt and license key. We see your email and order, not your card number. **Feedback.** When you use Send Feedback, we receive your message, any screenshots you attach, the email you give us (optional), and your app version, macOS version, plan and anonymous install ID. We use them only to answer you and improve Clawdrobe. **Email.** If you write to team@clawdrobe.com, we keep the conversation to help you. ## Who processes data for us We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose above: - a product analytics and error tracking provider, hosted in the European Union; - a merchant of record that sells Clawdrobe Pro and runs the license key service; - a hosting and network provider that serves this website, the download files and the feedback service, and forwards our email; - Apple, which notarizes the app and delivers macOS crash information you choose to share with developers. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data. ## How long we keep it Analytics and error reports are kept for up to one year. Feedback and email are kept as long as needed to help you and then deleted on request. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires. ## Your choices and rights You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to team@clawdrobe.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. ## Children Clawdrobe is not directed at children under 16. ## Changes If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and say so in the release notes. ## Contact team@clawdrobe.com
